This much-loved river cruiser class Broads yacht is reluctantly offered for sale due to an expanding family. She has a comprehensive and varied history, having been launched into hire as ‘Clipper VI’, and sold into private ownership in 1961 (at which time she was renamed and registered with the RCC), and she is well known on both the northern and southern rivers. She even starred in the fiction story “The Cruise Of The Clipper: A Story Of The Norfolk Broads” written by Arthur Morgan Derham in 1952!

Easily handled, even single-handed, and raced comfortably with with a minimal crew, she is ideal as a mid-sized traditional RCC yacht. During the current ownership, she has been cruised extensively and raced occasionally with YSC & EACC. She is being sold fully equipped with everything needed to go sailing (and with a trailer available by separate negotiation too!), and benefits from very recently having been comprehensively renovated (photographic record available) with no expense spared!
