EQUIPMENT: Internal: The vessel’s galley area is immediately at the foot of the companionway, with sink to starboard and cooker to port. She has 4 single berths, and a sea toilet which is mounted in the forepeak. Navigation equipment includes: Compass, log, VHF, Autohelm 1600 and a hand-held searchlight. External: The vessel has stainless steel pulpit, stanchions and guardlines and comes complete with 3 anchors plus chain and warp, 3 fenders plus warps, 2 boat hooks and a shipping cradle.

REMARKS: Artemis was surveyed in April 1996 and is understood to have had 2 owners in her 37 years, the seller having owned her for the last five. It is understood that defects highlighted during the above-mentioned survey have been remedied by a reputable boat builder.

OUR OPINION: Though not personally inspected, this vessel sounds to be in good order and would appear to represent very good value for money.
