Accommodation

4 berths in 2 cabins

The boat has a spacious cockpit with seating and lockers to either side, and a further locker under the aft deck. The engine is located in a locker to port. Entering the cabin, there are full length single settee berths with storage space underneath, to both sides. Storage space is further improved by two attractive timbers cupboards, one to each side. Going forward there is a second cabin, separated from the first by a pair of solid wooden doors, which contains two further single settee berths, again with storage space underneath, and a toilet compartment to starboard. The centre panel of the cabin roof lifts over its entire length, giving adequate headroom. The boat has wide non-slip decks. All of the internal and external timber looks to be in good condition.

Equipment

The boat comes equipped with everything required to sail/cruise the Norfolk Broads (quant, rhond anchors, mud weight, mooring lines, etc.). She also has a full length cockpit and cabin cover (2001) and an awning (1998). A spare engine, spare bowsprit and self tacking gear are also included in the sale.

Remarks:

A well presented and maintained original vessel, with much history and original documentation (sail plans, etc.), which has always been in private ownership. The boat retains much of her original planking, which looks to be in very good condition.
