Remarks:
This boat has been well looked after and maintained by her current owner, who has owned her since April 2000. Her hull was antifouled in March 2005, and her owner states that she has no osmosis. All external woodwork has recently been revarnished, and the outboard has been well maintained. One new window was fitted in 2001, and the berth cushions were recovered during the same year. The owner believes that the current mooring (northern Norfolk Broads) would be available for the new owner. This is a very nice example of a popular model of small yacht, which would make an excellent first boat.
