Remarks:
This very well presented Shetland 4+2 is an excellent small family cruiser. She is currently lying afloat on the Broads, but is equally suited to other cruising areas, both inland and coastal (with an experienced skipper and the correct equipment). She is sadly for sale due to personal circumstances.
MOORING: An 8.53m/28ft (STS) freehold mooring is available with this boat by separate negotiation (OIEO £14,000). The mooring currently has no services, and parking is in a public area a two minute walk away.
Topsail Marine Yacht Brokers is acting as brokers (or in the case of classified adverts, advertising medium) only and unless stated otherwise the vendor is not selling in the course of business. Whilst every care has been taken in their preparation, the correctness of particulars is not guaranteed and they are intended as a guide only. Prospective purchasers are strongly advised to check all particulars and where appropriate employ an independent qualified agent to carry out a survey and/or sea/river trial.
