Remarks:

This Leading Lady river cruiser was purchased by her current owner in 2003. She was refurbished cosmetically by the owner in 2004, and was placed ashore in November 2006 when some further work and improvements were planned. However, the owner unexpectedly acquired another boat, and consequently the work was not carried out. The work outstanding includes: repairs to some small areas of rot in the hull, replacement of the cabin sides (the existing ones are rotten), resurfacing of the decks, possible replacement of the tabernacle, and repainting/varnishing. Once the work is complete, she will again be a lovely family river cruiser, ready to give many years of pleasure to her new owner. Currently lying ashore.
