Remarks:

This River Cruiser Class yacht is clearly in excellent condition, having been lifted and dry stored every year. Work over the last few years includes replacement of rudder and tube, tabernacle and stainless steel bolts, and new transom, rubbing strakes and toe rails. The keel bolts had been replaced by the previous owner with stainless steel and this boat has many stainless steel fittings, e.g.: tiller, chain plates and general fittings. This is a well maintained sailing cruiser which is understood to be ready for use with no additional outlay required. She has had only three owners from new, having been sold by NBYC to her first private owner in about 1972 and then subsequently sold to the current owner in 1998. Currently lying afloat.
