Remarks:
This family river cruiser class Broads yacht has had only 2 owners since leaving hire. Professionally maintained by the same yard since the early 90s, she is now in need of some TLC. Whilst it’s understood that the work required is predominantly cosmetic in nature, the new owner will undoubtedly wish to undertake a full appraisal of the boat’s structure prior to putting her back into commission, as she has been stored ashore since 2013 (due to a bereavement). Prior to being put ashore, she was maintained in a good condition throughout. Price substantially reduced due to bereavement.
A mooring on the southern Broads may be available to the purchaser at a cost of approximately £27 per foot per year plus VAT.
Topsail Marine Yacht Brokers is acting as brokers (or in the case of classified adverts, advertising medium) only and unless stated otherwise the vendor is not selling in the course of business.
