Remarks:

Designed as a canal cruiser, and having much in common with the Viking and Norman designs of a similar size, the Nauticus 22 was first built in 1970 and was considered to be at the luxury end of the market at that time. This Nauticus 22 has been in the current ownership only since last summer (and is now for sale due to the purchase of another – coveted – vessel), but she has provided the vendor with much fun on the Broads during the past year. Offering comfortable accommodation for four in an open plan cabin (and with a further occasional 5th berth in the cockpit!), she’s ideal for a couple or small family.

MOORING: It’s understood that this vessel’s southern Broads mooring is transferable and is currently paid for to 31st March 2022.

SLIPWAY: Use of the on-site slipway costs approximately £10 should anyone wish to load the boat on to a trailer for transportation elsewhere. (A lift on to transport by the boatyard would cost approximately £150.)
