Remarks:
The Birchwood 22 motor boat offers comfortable cruising accommodation for a couple or small family, with three berths in an open plan cabin (plus a long aft bench in the cockpit which converts into a sunbed or occasional double berth for guests), a fully equipped galley and a separate toilet compartment. A great option as a first boat, or for someone wishing to downsize. For sale as the vendor wishes to spend time on other pastimes.
MOORING: The vessel’s very desirable northern Broads mooring is understood to be transferable and is currently paid up to 31 March 2023 (c.£580 per annum).
Please note: This vessel has one or two age related cosmetic blemishes to the hull, and the fridge can on occasion be temperamental. She is otherwise understood to be in good tidy order throughout.
