Remarks:
Sadly for sale due to a lack of time, this attractive river cruiser class Broads yacht has a delightful interior fit-out which simply oozes character! Having a relatively short foredeck, she is deceptively spacious inside for her twenty one and half foot length over deck and she therefore makes for a very comfortable two berth sailing cruiser. She also benefits from having windowed wooden, rather than canvas, roof side panels making her interior both snug and light with the roof raised. Her owner informs us that her engine is a good runner especially after it’s full removal and service of 2019, and that being a two stroke, it is frugal when it comes to fuel consumption too.
Understood to be in generally sound condition, she would now benefit from a little cosmetic TLC in places
It is understood her iconic Northern Broads mooring is transferrable and being offered to the purchaser, subject to negotiation, what more could you ask for?!
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst the majority of photos are from April 2024, interior shots showing lino on the floor are from August 2023, most of which has now been removed. Photos of her uncovered on the water are also from August 2023.
