Accommodation
2 berths in 1 cabin
The boat has an excellent cockpit with seating and lockers to either side and also under the aft deck. In the cabin, the roof of which raises to give about 5ft maximum headroom, there is a Flavel Vanessa cooker (2 burners, grill and oven) immediately to port, opposite which is the toilet compartment, which contains a sea toilet. Going forward there is a single settee berth to either side under which there are drawers. Internal decor is in varnished mahogany with read upholstery and carpet. Between these berths, at the foot of the mast, there is a fitted cupboard plus storage for glasses, etc. The boat has been professionally painted and varnished this year and she has also had a custom-made fitted cover from Jeckells (costing some £900). She has a very clean and tidy forepeak in which the outboard is stored when the boat is not in use. It is understood that there are fitted cushions for the cockpit though these were not aboard when the boat was inspected. A four wheel road trailer, on which the boat has been taken to the owner’s home each winter, is included in the sale.
Remarks:
For sale due to the owner having purchased a larger vessel. She has most attractive lines and is believed to be easy to handle. She would appear to have been well cared-for and is ready to sail away.
