Remarks:

A comfortable and practical cruising yacht offering good sailing qualities and spacious accommodation, this locally built Broads sailing cruiser is based on the popular Prospect 900 design and was originally built for the higher-end Norfolk Broads hire market. As a result, she benefits from features not always found on yachts of this size, including hot and cold pressurised water, a shower, separate heads compartment and gas cabin heating, making her well suited to extended cruising.

Light and easy to handle, she’s suitable for beginners and more experienced sailors alike. Accommodation is spacious for up to five people, and she has been well maintained throughout her life, both in hire service and private ownership. Recent investment includes a new cruising jib, sprayhood, sail cover and mast-lowering system, ensuring she remains a smart, comfortable and well-equipped cruising yacht.

Her owner comments:
“It’s a comfortable boat to live on board and exciting to sail in pretty well all weathers. Straightforward procedure de-masting and its large spray hood ideal for our changeable climate.”

MOORING: It’s understood that a mooring may be available to the purchaser by separate negotiation (direct with the mooring owner) at the vessel’s current northern Broads location.
