INTERIOR: 6 berths in 3 cabins plus galley and 2 heads (with shower)

ENGINE: Nanni 4220 43 hp diesel

EQUIPMENT: Internal: This boat is entered from a small aft cockpit, to the starboard side of which is the vessel’s gas locker. Going forward, there is a large cabin with a full sized double berth, dressing table (to starboard), hanging locker and a full length mirror. Forward again leads into the galley area off which to starboard is one of the heads. This provides a flushing pump-out toilet, hand basin and shower. The galley provides a cooker (4 burners, grill and oven), stainless steel sink with pressurised hot (from calorifier) and cold, fridge, microwave (via a power inverter), worktop, cupboards and drawers. Forward again, 2 steps lead up to the main living area which, in addition to the steering position, provides an L-shaped settee (converts to a double), a folding table and storage. This area has an electric sliding roof. Forward again, there is a separate shower to port and toilet and hand basin to starboard, plus a double cabin with two full length single berths, plus a hanging locker and an escape hatch in the bow. All berths have storage under them and are upholstered in dark red dralon. Woodwork is teak. Headroom is between 6′ and 6′ 6″ and the boat benefits from diesel powered Webasto hot air cabin heating. She is fitted with a stereo/cassette system. External: The boat has stainless steel pulpit, pushpit and handrails.

REMARKS: This boat is in super condition and will be available to her new owner at the end of the season. She has been fitted out and maintained by the current owner, a yard which run what is arguably one of the best hire fleets on the Broads. She will be in virtually as-new condition when sold, with the owner having agreed to steam clean the vessel throughout and remove the hire-fleet emblem, plus any scuff marks on the hull, prior to sale.

OUR OPINION: An excellent opportunity to acquire one of these superb craft. Modern in design and layout, they are very comfortable, roomy and easy to handle.
We have two of these motor cruisers available, the second one being a 1996 model.
