SAILS: Main and nos. 1, 2 and 3 genoas, cruising chute, spinnaker. All understood to be in good order, some only lightly used. Roller reefing on headsail, slab on main. New sail cover.
EQUIPMENT: Internal: The vessel has a dinette (converts to a double) to starboard in the main cabin, with the galley (with 2 burner and grill Calor gas cooker, and stainless steel sink with manually pumped cold water) and a quarter berth opposite. Forward of these, to starboard is the toilet compartment (new sea toilet 1997) and to port there is a hanging locker. In the bow there is a full length v-berth. Headroom in the boat is understood to be 6′, and she benefits from Propex warm air heating. She has electric lighting throughout and is fitted with a stereo/cassette system, and a clock and barometer. Navigation equipment includes: Steering compass, Decca Navstar 2000D, echosounder, Navico 5600S VHF, Autohelm 800 autopilot (with a long lead), Stowe Dataline log, sounder and hours, navigation lights. Safety equipment includes: Fire extinguisher in the main cabin, automatic fire extinguisher in the engine compartment, escape hatch in the forward cabin and a horseshoe lifebelt in a stainless steel holder. External: The vessel is fitted with a stainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions and guard wires. She has spray dodgers and spray canopy (both new 1997), a transom mounted stainless steel boarding ladder, etc. Ground gear includes a 15 lb CQR anchor with 110′ 5/16 chain and 40′ warp. She comes complete with warps, fenders, gas bottle, ensign and staff, boat hook, solar panel battery charging, 2 batteries (75 amp/hour and 60 amp/hour), cockpit cushions, etc. It is understood that the owner also has a Garmin GPS available for sale by separate negotiation.
REMARKS: We sold this owner’s last vessel which – like this – was in excellent condition. We therefore have every confidence in recommending enquirers to view her.
OUR OPINION: This is a very smart, well maintained vessel which would make an ideal family boat. She is well equipped, with up to date electronics.
