EQUIPMENT: The vessel has a full length settee berth to either side, with a drop leaf table between. Aft of these is the toilet compartment (to port) with a Portapotti, and – opposite – the cooking area. The sink unit is in the cockpit. The vessel has raised sides for’ard and in addition her cabin top can be lifted to provide approx. 5′ 8″ headroom. She has a good sized cockpit, with seating to both sides.
REMARKS: It is understood that the vessel is being sold with all the usual Broads equipment (fenders, mudweight, etc.) plus cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. It is also understood that she has a full set of awnings.
OUR OPINION: Though, at the time of writing, not yet personally inspected, this vessel looks to be in good order and should be well worth seeing.
