CONSTRUCTION: GRP

YEAR: 1985

DIMENSIONS: LOA 33′, BEAM 10′ 6″, DRAFT 2′ 6″ approx.

COLOUR: White

INTERIOR: 4 berths in 2 cabins plus galley and heads with shower

ENGINE: BMC 2.5 53 hp diesel with hydraulic drive

EQUIPMENT: Internal: The boat has a large cockpit with seating to either side, under which are located the engine (to port) and the gas box/batteries/etc.(to starboard). A sliding door leads into the main cabin, where the galley is sited to port – aft of the steering position – and to starboard there is a cupboard, settee (converts into a double berth) and drinks cabinet. There is also a drop leaf table. The galley, which has a sliding top and can thus be used as a worktop, has a stainless steel sink unit with pressurised hot (from a calorifier) and cold, cooker (2 burners, grill and oven), cupboards and drawers. There is also an Electrolux fridge sited under the helm seat. The helm position has excellent all round visibility, full engine instrumentation, etc. A wide companionway leads down into the second cabin, where there is a double berth to port and a dressing table plus two hanging lockers, cupboards and drawers to starboard. With drawers also under the double berth, there is a great deal of storage. The heads is in the bow and has a pump-out toilet, 2 hand basins, both with pressurised hot and cold (one with a drinking water filter, the other with a shower). Again there is a considerable amount of storage under the sink units and also under the side and foredeck. Internal décor is mainly in teak with brick-red dralon upholstery. Headroom throughout the boat is good, being 6′ or more. External: The boat has stainless steel handrails and is fitted with a windscreen wiper.

REMARKS: Owned by what is one of the best hire-fleet on the Broads, this boat has been well looked after. She will be available at the end of the season (or possibly earlier by negotiation). With her low profile roof she is ideally suited to use on the Broads & Fens where low air draft is key.

OUR OPINION: A really comfortable and spacious vessel. Well worth viewing.

NOTE: Photos 8-25 are of a sister ship.
