MAKE/MODEL: Judith class Broads centre cockpit motor cruiser by Martham Boat building Company

YEAR: Believed 1950s

DIMENSIONS: LOA 35′, BEAM 12′ approx., DRAFT 2′ 9″ approx.

COLOUR: White hull with blue superstructure

INTERIOR: 4/6 berths in 2 cabins plus galley and toilet with shower

ENGINE: BMC 1.5 diesel

EQUIPMENT: Internal: The main living accommodation is forward of the central cockpit and provides two settees, each of which can covert into a double berth and has drawers under. Forward of this is the galley with a cooker (2 rings, grill and oven), cupboards, worktop and a sink-unit with electrically pumped water. Aft of the cockpit is a storage space, leading through to a cabin with double and single berths, and the toilet compartment with shower and hand basin. Headroom throughout the boat exceeds 6′. External: The vessel has a folding wheelhouse with blue PVC canopy over, and has navigation lights.

REMARKS: Though clearly a project boat, the vessel has the potential to become a spacious and worthwhile craft.

OUR OPINION: Could be a good project for someone with the time and skill. These craft, when in good order, are much admired: this one could be too, one day.
