EQUIPMENT: Internal: The boat has a large cockpit with seating to either side and lockers to port. The companionway steps, beneath which there is access to the engine, lead down into the main cabin. Here there is a quarter-berth to starboard and a dinette (converts to a double) to port. Opposite this is the galley, which provides a Plastimo Neptune 2000 LPG cooker (2 burners, grill, flame failure device), sink with manually pumped cold water (also sea water), cupboards and worktops. Forward of this and through a bulkhead, there is a sea-toilet to port and a hanging locker plus a Drywind paraffin cabin heater (with flue) to starboard. In the bow there is a full-length V-berth with storage under, and also an escape hatch. The boat’s décor is in good condition, with upholstery in blue leatherette and large amounts of varnished woodwork. Headroom is 5′ 8″. Navigation equipment includes: Seafarer 901 echosounder, Navico RT 6500 VHF, Sestrel compass, Europilot 1500 tillerpilot and navigation lights. Safety equipment includes: Fire extinguisher and fire-blanket, and it is believed there is a lifebuoy also. External: The boat is fitted with stainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions and guardlines. She has a cockpit tent and comes complete with an Avon dinghy, oars and pump (but no outboard), spare rudder, ropes, fenders, etc. Ground tackle includes: Quantity of chain, plus a CQR anchor. Cockpit tent (Jeckells) and over-boom cover included. Broads toll is paid to January 2002.

REMARKS: This boat has been extensively cruised on the East Coast, Broads, Thames and South Coast. In addition, she has also been cruised to Holland. Passed Boat Safety Scheme assessment June 2001.

OUR OPINION: A lot of boat for the money, and a boat that has been clearly much-loved. Early viewing recommended.
