EQUIPMENT: Internal: The boat is entered from her flybridge where the steering position is to port and there is seating for the crew. Companionway steps lead down into the main saloon where immediately to port is a small settee, sideboard and the internal steering position. Opposite this is a dinette (converts to a double berth). Going forward, there is a heads (with shower, toilet and hand basin) to port opposite which is a double cabin with two single bunks, dressing table and hanging locker. In the bow there is a further double cabin with a full-length V-berth (converts to a double), a dressing table and hanging locker. Going aft from the main saloon, the galley is situated down two more steps to starboard. The galley has a cooker (4 burners, grill and oven), fridge, stainless steel sink unit, worktop and cupboards. The aft cabin, which has a double berth and hanging locker, and a further heads (with shower, toilet and hand basin) lead off the galley. Headroom is good at 6′ plus and the vessels dralon upholstery is in good condition. She has 24 hour gas-powered warm air cabin heating and is fitted with a stereo/cassette system. External: The boat has stainless steel pulpit and pushpit rails plus a transom mounted boarding ladder.

REMARKS: Owned by a well-regarded Broadland hire fleet, this boat is fully equipped and will be available at the end of the season.

OUR OPINION: A very spacious cruiser, ideal for family use – and with space for friends to visit. Early viewing recommended.

NOTE: We have two of these vessels available. The second is a 1987 model with diesel-powered warm air heating, a Ford 59 hp diesel engine (brand new, installed March 2001) and priced at £32,900 inc VAT.
