Accommodation

This boat has a good sized cockpit with seating to either side and lockers under the starboard and aft decks. In the main cabin, there is a full-length quarter berth immediately to port, forward of which is the galley area. This provides a cooker (2 burners and grill, new this year) plus working area and storage. Opposite is a dinette (converts to a double berth). This is also used as the vessel’s chart table and has a drawer underneath. Going forward again, a door leads through to the forward cabin which has a wet locker to port, a sea toilet to starboard, and an escape hatch and a double berth in the bow. Headroom in the boat is about 6ft and the vessel’s interior is finished in teak with brown and white woven upholstery (all in good condition). The boat is fitted with stainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions, guardlines and boarding ladder.

Equipment

  • Navigation: Autohelm with remote control, echo sounder, speed and distance log, VHF (new), Garmin GPS (new), compass, navigation lights
  • Safety: Radar reflector, lifebuoy, 2 fire extinguishers
  • Deck: CQR anchor, chain

Remarks:

This boat is surprisingly spacious for a boat with an LOA of only 23ft. She is a nice example of this popular family cruiser, being well fitted out and in good decorative order. A launching trailer is also available by separate negotiation.
