This 8.53m/28ft (STS) freehold mooring is within a triangular plot in a lovely location on the Northern Norfolk Broads. The quay heading was renewed in 2006. Access is via a short walk along a grass footpath and then via a shared gated boardwalk, although there is space within the plot to add a dedicated private boardwalk. Public parking is available nearby. There are currently no services connected, but services are available nearby.
Currently no rates are paid on this plot. The future situation may vary depending upon the new owner’s circumstances and their use of the plot.
