Extract from surveyor’s report – General findings
“… has undergone a very comprehensive and sympathetic rebuild/restoration and is in very good condition, there are no recommendations to be made apart from regular servicing of the fire extinguisher and personal safety gear, the two seacocks and the outboard motor, and a check kept on the condition of the running and standing rigging.”
Remarks
This little Broads River Cruiser is for sale due to lack of time and a change of plans. She has recently undergone a full structural restoration and, whilst there are still a few small cosmetic jobs to complete, she should consequently reward her new owners with many years of fun and predominantly cosmetic ongoing maintenance. Her owners state that she is a delight to sail, and she’s very pleasing on the eye too!
A quick sale is desired and this boat is therefore priced to sell.
