Remarks:

This Sunray 21 is sadly for sale due to lack of use. She has had only one owner from new (yes, one!) and has been continually updated over the years and benefits from recent new sails and a low hours outboard. With her tabernacle, shallow draft and good headroom, she is an ideal small family Broads sailing cruiser or first boat. Whilst she would definitely benefit from some cosmetic TLC, particularly internally, she is understood to be structurally sound with no known signs of osmosis having been wintered ashore annually. She will undoubtedly bring much pleasure to her new custodians with just a little bit of effort required to bring out the best in her prior to the next season.

MOORING: It’s understood that the vessel’s current northern Broads mooring could be available to the purchaser subject to agreement with the mooring owner.
