Remarks:
Purchased by the current owner in 2014, this Ernest Woods Broads yacht is now sadly for sale due to ill health. She is understood to be in good condition throughout, but the vendor does acknowledge that she has some signs of softness in the top plank of the transom, and also that four floor bearers near keel will ultimately need attention. The latter have been professionally re-enforced and should remain sound for at least a further two years. She comes complete with a twin axle road trailer enabling her to be stored and maintained at home, potentially reducing the cost of ownership considerably.
MOORING: It’s understood that the vessel’s current mooring on the southern Broads could be transferred to the purchaser subject to agreement from the mooring owner (approximate cost £100 per month for mooring and £50 per month for storage ashore).
TRAILER: A large braked twin axle road trailer (new tyres, serviced 2015) is available by separate negotiation.
