The RS Feva XL is a double-handed dinghy designed by Paul Handley in the United Kingdom and built by RS Sailing since 2002 . It is primarily used in competition and is part of an International Class with events worldwide. The XL version features the largest rig and sail area available, making it faster and more performance-oriented than the RS Feva S
