Remarks:
The Pegasus 800 remains an ever popular Broads and coastal sailing cruiser/racer. This very well equipped example is an extremely desirable wing keel, fractional rig version, ideal for Broads cruising. She appears to be in good order throughout, and is sadly for sale use to a change of circumstances.
MOORING: It’s understood that the vessel’s current mooring (in what is arguably one of the best locations on the northern Broads!) could be transferred to the purchaser. The mooring fee has been paid for 2016 (approximately £810pa).
Topsail Marine Yacht Brokers is acting as brokers (or in the case of classified adverts, advertising medium) only and unless stated otherwise the vendor is not selling in the course of business. Prospective purchasers are strongly advised to check all particulars and where appropriate employ an independent qualified agent to carry out a survey and/or sea/river trial.
