Remarks:
With her comfortable and surprisingly spacious four berth cabin, the Kestrel 22 is an excellent small family sailing cruiser. This very well presented example has been owned by the current owner for some 6 years and is clearly well looked after. With her diesel inboard engine (which is understood to be a good runner) and shallow draft, she is ideal for the Norfolk Broads and/or East Coast. An attractive and well presented little yacht!
MOORING: It’s understood that this vessel’s mooring on the northern Broads could be transferred to the purchaser subject to agreement from the mooring owner (current cost approximately £1,000pa).
