Remarks:
The Seamaster Sailor 23 is a well respected and versatile inland and coastal yacht, with her lifting keel making her an ideal small cruiser for both coastal and inland sailing. This well presented example is well equipped, despite only cruising the Norfolk Broads under the current ownership, and benefits from having been re-engined with a Nanni 14hp inboard diesel in 2011 which has done only 60 hours since new! Whilst having ample space on board for a small family, she is currently set up for single-handed sailing with all lines led aft and a stackpack system with lazyjacks. Reluctantly for sale due to other commitments.
MOORING: It’s understood that moorings are available locally at a cost of approximately £30 per foot per annum.
