Remarks:
Having recently undergone a intensive programme of works and improvements, this steel De Groot 42 motor cruiser offers superb potential as a liveaboard home or for long distance cruising. She is well equipped and has a very spacious, thoughtfully designed, homely interior with huge amounts of storage space throughout. With seven berths (and the option of an eighth with an easy modification to the saloon dinette), heads compartment with shower, and a galley with space enough to rival many a larger vessel, she offers accommodation ideal for a family to enjoy life on board. She also benefits from having a recent out of water survey report showing her to be in very good structural condition throughout. Sadly for sale due to an unexpected change of plans. An ideal home afloat for coastal and river cruising in the UK or beyond!
Currently lying afloat Norfolk Broads with access to sea available via Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth. It is understood that the vessel’s current berth could be transferred to the purchaser subject to agreement from the berth owner (current cost approximately £1,680 per annum).
UPDATE MAY 2018: Price reduced. Quick sale desired due to serious health issues.
