Remarks:
This traditional Broads motor cruiser has a great internal layout with a very spacious open-plan main cabin, separate sleeping cabin and two heads compartments (one with shower), making her an ideal liveaboard vessel. Oozing character with her beautiful varnished topsides and cabin, she has clearly brought much pleasure to her current owner of some 23 years. She is now sadly for sale as her owner is downsizing, and a quick sale is desired. A varnished clinker tender (stored on chocks on aft coachroof when not in use) is available by separate negotiation.
MOORING: It’s understood that the vessel’s current very desirable wetshed mooring may be transferable to the purchaser subject to agreement from the mooring owner (current cost just over £2,000 per annum).
