Remarks:
This little Broads river cruiser class yacht was originally built as one of a small class for the Chumley and Hawk hire fleet at Horning and was later hired out of Upton from the Eastwood Whelpton yard. She was purchased by the current owner (a retired carpenter) and his wife in 2000 and it’s understood that prior to this she featured in the BBC’s Coast programme when they visited Horsey! Clearly a much loved vessel, she is now very regretfully for sale due to a change in circumstances. Whilst she would at present benefit from a little cosmetic tidying (deck repaint, cleaning, etc.), she is believed to be in good sound condition throughout. A trailer is available by separate negotiation, enabling winter storage and maintenance to be carried out at home if required, and it’s understood that the vendors don’t intend to retain the vessel’s current northern Broads mooring (current cost £93 per month). A quick sale is desired.
Topsail Marine Yacht Brokers is acting as brokers (or in the case of classified adverts, advertising medium) only and unless stated otherwise the vendor is not selling in the course of business. Whilst every care has been taken in their preparation, the correctness of particulars is not guaranteed and they are intended as a guide only. Prospective purchasers are strongly advised to check all particulars and where appropriate employ an independent qualified agent to carry out a survey and/or sea/river trial. Vessels are offered subject to prior sale, amendment or withdrawal without notice.
