Remarks:

The Seamaster Sailer 23 is a well known and well proven design from Lauren Giles. She is similar in many ways to the popular Westerly Pageant, offering spacious family accommodation and safe, capable sailing performance, making her ideal for inshore/coastal cruising as well exploring inland waterways such as the Norfolk Broads where she is currently lying. This example, whilst she would benefit from some exterior cosmetic tidying (general cleaning, re-varnishing of handrails, etc., and re-antifouling) benefits from having been re-engined in 2010 (with low hours since) and also boasts a very useful cockpit enclosure which provides an additional ‘room’ with full standing headroom when moored. She also offers a good sized galley, large dinette area and a separate heads compartment and sleeping cabin. Previously kept on the south coast (with one owner keeping her for some 30 years), she was purchased by the current owner for Broads use three years ago and is now for sale as the owner wishes to down-size. An ideal first boat.

SERIOUSLY FOR SALE! Offers will be considered!

MOORING: This vessel’s current northern Broads mooring is paid for to March 2020 (approximately £1,000 per year) and any transfer/ongoing arrangement will need to be agreed by the mooring owner.
