Remarks:
Designed by Alan Buchanan as an estuary half decker, the Rebel One Design fleet has been sailing at Horning since 1950 and numbers 15 boats at the time of writing; 13 constructed in wood from 1950 to 1962, and 3 built in GRP since 2009. Known for being graceful and well mannered, the Rebel offers very good light airs performance, but is also able to handle a good blow if, like this example, she is fitted with running back stays. This example has been owned by the current owner (a retired professional boat builder) for some 26 years and has achieved a successful racing record, with several trophies to her name. A well maintained example that has been actively – and successfully – raced throughout 2021!
It’s understood that local delivery could possibly be arranged subject to negotiation.
