Remarks:
Purchased by the current owner in September 2017, this example of the ever-popular Pegasus 700 offers the desirable combination of a shallow fin keel and fractional rig – ideal for Broads sailing! She has clearly been well looked after by both her current and previous two owners, having been purchased in 1998 by her second owner direct from Gordon Harris at Lowestoft. Understood to have only been used for gentle Broads cruising since 1998 (at least), and currently set up for easy and well mannered single handed sailing with a self tacking jib, she is now reluctantly offered for sale due to lack of cruising time.
MOORING: It’s understood that the vessel’s very desirable northern Broads mooring could be transferred to the purchaser subject to obtaining consent from the mooring owner (annual cost approximately £750).
