Remarks:
Based on the Hunter Sonata, but with twin bilge keels, the Hunter Duette 23 is a modern cruiser/racer which offers both good sailing performance and comfortable accommodation. This well looked after example benefits from recent sails and has all lines led aft to the cockpit to assist with short handed sailing. She was purchased by the current owner in 2014, having previously been in the same ownership for some 16 years and very lightly used during that time. An ideal first boat for Broads or inshore sailing, and perfect for the east coast with her shallow draft bilge keels!
MOORING: The vessel’s northern Broads mooring is not transferable, but it’s understood that the vendor may be willing to permit the purchaser use of it until 31st March 2021 subject to negotiation.
