Galvanised, single axle road trailer bought new by the current owner from Tyrone Snell Trailers, Longdowns, Penryn, Cornwall in 1993.
The trailer is fitted with:
- A Bradley anti-theft lockable tow hitch (Bradley Hitchlock)
- Bradley over-run brakes (cables renewed in 2009 by a professional engineer)
- Bradley handbrake
- Adjustable side supports
- Hand winch
- New 1,000kg suspension units fitted in 2009 by a professional engineer
The sale includes:
- Lighting board
- 2 x straps
- Anti-theft wheel lock
- 1 x spare wheel and unused new tyre.
Used to date with a boat that measures 5.03m (16ft 6in) long by 1.68m (5ft 6in) wide, and weighs 544kg (1200lbs), the owner reports that the trailer with boat rides very well and is comfortable to tow behind an average size family car.
The trailer has had little use, especially in the last 10 years when it has been kept undercover in a farmer’s barn.
Located in the South Walsham (Norfolk Broads) area, the trailer will be available for viewing in June 2021 by arrangement with the owner.
