Remarks:
The Elysian 27 is a great family motor cruiser with plenty of space in both cabin and cockpit – and the Bondon built examples sport attractive, and more traditional, varnished cabin sides, plus lots of interior varnished woodwork. This example has been in the current ownership for about a year, and has benefitted from numerous improvements and upgrades during that time. She is now sadly for sale as the vendors are retiring from boat ownership.
MOORING: It’s understood that the vessel’s northern Broads mooring (in a lovely location!) is transferable and is currently paid to March 2022.
Topsail Marine Yacht Brokers is acting as brokers (or in the case of classified adverts, advertising medium) only and unless stated otherwise the vendor is not selling in the course of business.
