Remarks:
The Swin Ranger 22 is a very popular and attractive two berth motorsailer. This example had a major refit in 2018, including new engine, running gear and instruments, and new jib, roller reefing gear and running rigging. She is understood to have spent her life cruising the UK east coast until late June 2021 when she was relocated to the Norfolk Broads. Easily handled with all lines led aft to the cockpit, she’s a comfortable small cruiser, ideal for either a couple or someone wishing to sail single-handed.
MOORING: This vessel’s southern Broads mooring may be available to transfer to the purchaser (currently being paid for monthly at a cost of approximately £137 per pcm).
Please note: Some of the engine instruments shown in the photos no longer function, these predating the re-engining of the vessel in 2018. The photos also show personal possessions which are excluded from the sale, including the small watercolour in the main saloon.
