Remarks:
Similar to her slightly larger sister, the Prelude 19 (also designed by Ian Proctor), the Pirate 17 is an ideal first boat or small and easily trailed sailing cruiser for regular trailer sailing. Purchased by the current owner in 2015, this example is now for sale due to the purchase of another yacht. A quick sale is desired and this little yacht has been priced to sell!
Please note: We are informed that the vessel has minor damage to the pulpit rail (port side) due to a coming together with a hire craft whilst on her mooring in August 2021.
MOORING: A transferable northern Broads mooring may be available to the purchaser.
