Remarks:
The Kinsman is the lifting keel version of the well known Yeoman keelboat (and shares the same hull, deck and rig), making her easier to trailer sail, launch and recover. With excellent all round performance, the Kinsman is suited to both family cruising and racing, with many active fleets still sailing throughout the UK. This example is believed to be the last Kinsman built by Moores of Wroxham, Norfolk, and has had only two owners from new. Purchased by the current owner in May 2020 for sailing on the Suffolk coast, she is now for sale due to a change of plans/lack of use. With her recently overhauled lifting keel, recent new central winch and recently overhauled trailer, she looks to be a very good example and is understood to be in good ‘ready to sail’ condition throughout.
MOORING: It’s understood that the vessel’s current summer mooring (Suffolk coast) may be transferable.
