Remarks:

It’s believed that this half decker was built by Ernest Woods with a larger rig, and hence bigger keel, for experimentation purposes. Whilst she was otherwise built to the same dimensions as a YBOD/White Boat, she has never been a class boat and it’s understood that her current fit out, including decks, bulkheads and seats, etc., do not conform to class rules. Although she has a couple of small areas of rot in her port quarter (for which a professional repair should cost somewhere in the region of £600), she otherwise appears to be in good structural order, although she will require a little additional attention when relaunching due to the period of time that she’s been ashore (outside, but under a cover). An ideal winter project!

The photo show the vessel in 2019.
