Remarks:
The Pegasus 700 is an ever-popular, low maintenance, cruiser/racer, ideal for Broads cruising having been designed and built locally at Oulton Broad and thanks to her easily lowered mast and shallow draft. This example has bilge keels and a masthead rig, making her equally well suited to cruising the rivers and creeks of the East Coast. Used predominantly for day sailing of late, she does require some TLC and updating (to electrics, domestic facilities, etc.), but with her low hours outboard motor and, very unusually for a Pegasus 700, a separate heads compartment, she offers lots of potential to someone willing to invest a little time and effort in her. Purchased very recently by the current owners as a short term solution whilst they continued their search for their ideal yacht, she is now offered for sale due to the purchase of a traditional wooden Broads yacht.
A quick sale is desired and offers will be considered.
