Remarks:

The Leisure 23 is a very popular family sailing cruiser with good headroom, spacious accommodation for up to 5 and a very strong class association. With her shallow draft and bilge keels, she’s ideal for the rivers and creeks of the east coast.

This is a well loved and  maintained Leisure 23 previously with the same owner for 31 years and sailed on the Norfolk Broads and the East Coast. Bought in early 2024 she is again for sale owing to an unexpected change in circumstance. In the interim she has benefitted from some painting and varnishing to keep her in good condition and she maintains an excellent interior.

Her current owners comment:

“I found that ‘Tranquillity’ with its virtually new sails, sailed very well and is quite close winded for a twin keeler. Although primarily a sea boat, she is quite at home on the Broads.
The Nanni diesel is a joy. It starts on the button and is unobtrusively quiet.
Everything works as it should below decks. It really is a lovely boat and is in tip top condition. It is truly ‘ready to sail’.”

Please note: The majority of photos are from early 2024 with newer ones from September 2024 showing the exterior of the vessel.
