Remarks:
The Birchwood 22 motor boat offers comfortable cruising accommodation for a couple or small family, with four berths in an open plan cabin, a fully equipped galley and a separate toilet compartment. A great option as a first boat, or for someone wishing to downsize.
Sadly, a lack of time to use her sees her for sale but she is otherwise understood to be in a good tidy order throughout that is consistent with her age. She benefits from having the engine newly rebuilt and fully serviced this year (2025) after replacing the head gasket ensuring it’s reliability for many more seasons. Additionally with the 2025/26 season Broads Toll paid, she is ready to go.
MOORING: The vessel’s desirable Southern Broads mooring may be available to the purchaser, subject to agreement by the mooring owner.
