EQUIPMENT: Internal: The boat has a raisable cabin top, operated by means of a system of spring-loaded counterbalances, giving headroom throughout the boat of about 6′. She has a good-sized cockpit, with seating to either side and lockers all round from which double doors lead into the main cabin. This has a settee berth to either side, that to starboard understood to be convertible to a double berth. Forward of this, to starboard, is the heads compartment which has a sea-toilet, a hand basin with pressurised hot and cold and a Paloma water heater. Opposite is the galley area, which provides a cooker (2 burners, grill and oven), an Electrolux fridge, sink-unit with pressurised hot and cold water, worktop and cupboards. Forward again, the forward cabin provides 2 single berths, both with storage under. Interior woodwork is varnished, with white painted deckheads and her floorboards are polished. External: The boat’s decks and cabin top are covered in non-slip material and appear to be in good condition. Her paintwork, also, appears to be sound. She has a white overall cover, plus framed boom-tent, both of which appear to be in good condition.

REMARKS: The boat has been the subject of renovation recently. It is understood that the owner would be prepared to have remedial work carried out to her bottom, should a survey find anything untoward.

OUR OPINION: A nice example of these craft, a boat with character and plenty of space if required.
