REMARKS: It is understood this boat was built originally for Air Commodore Sowrey CBE, DFC, AFC, and that she is listed in the Lloyds Register of Yachts 1959. She has been the subject of extensive restoration in 1990 which included a new stern post, decks, coach roof, coamings, side benches and engine casing. Her engine has been thoroughly overhauled, with all necessary parts – including a fuel tank and pipework – being installed. It is understood that since restoration she has been kept under cover. In consequence, although we understand her to be generally sound, she has dried out and will need some re-caulking prior to launch.

OUR OPINION: Although not personally inspected, she would appear to be the sort of day sailer of which dreams are made: classic lines, from her spoon bow to her elegantly tapering counter – very pretty. The photos show the boat shortly after restoration in 1990.
