Remarks:

This vessel is only partially fitted out. It is understood the aft cabin has been finished in hardwood and Sky Blue leather. She has been painted with etching primer followed by 5 coats Dupont 2 part epoxy paint. Her chain plates are in stainless steel and her windows are Lexon unbreakable glass. Rubbing strakes, handrails and centre cockpit floor all made in seasoned teak. Her engine, gearbox, stern tube, Morse controls, electrics, fuel and water tanks, hydraulic steering, prop shaft and propeller are all included in the sale, but are yet to be fitted. We understand that, subject to price negotiation, the remainder of the accommodation could be fitted out to meet the buyer’s requirements or it could be sold as offered for completion by the purchaser. Though not personally inspected, this looks like a good opportunity to acquire a customised Spray 38, for which the build quality is reported to be extremely good.
