EQUIPMENT: Internal: The boat has a pleasant cockpit with seating/lockers to either side. One of these, larger than the rest, contains the cooker (in need of replacement) and another, the engine. Going into the cabin, there is a single settee berth to either side and space for an occasional third berth athwartships. She has a lifting roof, which provides a maximum 5′ 6″ headroom. She is fitted with navigation lights and comes complete with ropes, fenders and mudweights.
REMARKS: It is understood the boat has recently had work carried out to satisfy the requirements of an insurance survey. The owner can provide details of her history if required (e.g.: listed in Blake’s catalogue of 1911 as “Water Rat”). About 45′ new planking installed winter 2001 and hull repainted/re-antifouled.
OUR OPINION: A pretty, but fairly basic, boat. She would benefit from some tidying – believed only cosmetic – inside.
