DESCRIPTION: As currently configured, the boat has a double berth and wardrobe in the bow, aft of which, to starboard, is the heads. There is then a settee berth to either side. Aft of these, to port, is the galley opposite which is the navigation station. Lastly, there is a quarter berth to starboard. Navigation equipment includes: Bulkhead compass, Navico Log and depth sounder (condition unknown). The boat has stainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions & guardlines.

REMARKS: This boat was originally built by someone who completed the hull, superstructure and rig, fitted an engine, and then went sailing! In consequence she is in need of a complete refit. She comes complete with a cooker, water heater and shower, all of which almost certainly need removing/refitting. Sprays are renowned for their toughness and this, combined with the volume contained within a comparatively modest overall length, must make her an attractive proposition if you have the time and ability to work on her.
